August 15 - 29, 2012.

Our Mission Directors are Dr. Brian Field and Karen-Fryday Field.

Dr. Brian Field, AudiologistDr. Brian Field, AudiologistWe invite you to be part of this life-transforming mission trip that will impact the Kingdom of God...and your life! We want to make it possible for you to join us in the Holy Land to meet and engage with the various ministries we support there. You'll become familiar with Bethlehem Bible College (BBC), Galilee Bible College (GBC) in Nazareth, the Shepherd Society and their ministry to the poor, and Musalaha and their work in the area of reconciliation.

The primary focus of this trip will be to conduct audiology and dental medical clinics for needy patients, particularly children, in the Bethlehem region. Carried out in association with local professionals, the main clinic will be held at Bet Jala Hospital, but we hope that part of the clinic will be held at Dehesha Refugee Camp in Bethlehem. We will also conduct a children's camp in association with the clinics.

The secondary purpose is to conduct other mission activities related to our mission mandate in the area. Possible activities to be included are: i) women's ministries; ii ) conduct activities in association with Musalaha, one of our local partner ministries, to foster peace and reconciliation; iii) construction and/or maintenance work at Bethlehem Bible College and Galilee Bible College; iv) community development; v) conduct and share church services in association with local churches and church groups. (Bethlehem, Nazareth)

In order to carry out our proposed mission activities, we will need dedicated people with the following skills: audiologist; hearing technician or assistant; dentist; dental assistant; hygienist; nurse; teacher; construction ability; prayer partner; clerk; computer; photography; ESL; athletics; camp counsellor; crafts; helpers in various capacities, and possibly other skills.

We have planned the mission for late August specifically to allow students entering grade 12 or higher to participate.

Dates for this trip are August 15 to 29th, 2012.
