HOPE OUTREACH OF CANADA

Assisting Ministries In The Holy Land!

HOPE Outreach of Canada exists so that our neighbours worldwide and particularly those in the Holy Land come to know Jesus and as His fully committed followers, promote His true and lasting peace.

In assisting ministries in the Holy Land, we partner with 40-year-old Bethlehem Bible College, The Shepherd Society, Nazareth Evangelical College and the reconciliation ministry, MUSALAHA.

REGISTER NOW! Christ at the Checkpoint Conference 2020.

In less than four months, hundreds of Christians from the Holy Land and around the world will gather in Bethlehem for the Christ at the Checkpoint conference.

Together, we will pray, worship, study Scripture, and engage in what it means to follow Christ in the shadow of walls and conflict, and how to be resilient in our Christian witness, keep hope alive, seek just peace and truth, and preach good news in the midst of a broken world.

The conference will be taking place June 5-9, 2020 in Bethlehem – and you can register now to be part of this important gathering. The Conference comes in the wake of the so–called “deal of the century”, and it will offer an open space for engagement in what it means to be peacemakers today. It will also coincide with Bethlehem being the Capital of Arab Culture for the year.

What better time to come and experience both CATC and more of Bethlehem! This year’s theme is “Hope and Resilience in a Broken World.” In times when we see more difficulty and brokenness both in our world and here in Palestine/Israel, we are asking how the church can survive and be a light to those around.

Join us, and let’s explore how we can be beacons of hope and resilience in the current times. The conference will include new activities like visiting local Palestinian churches on Sunday and worshiping at the Wall!

To see the schedule of the conference click here. Speakers for CATC 2020 include Rev. Dr. Frank Chikane, Bishop Thomas Schirrmacher, Rev. Dr. Munther Isaac, Fr. Jamal Khader, Daoud Nassar, Bishop Zac, Dr. Mimi Haddad, Dr. Brenda Salt-McNeil and more!

Furthermore, we are excited to announce that CATC 2020 will have a Student Track with limited spaces. For more information, go to: https://christatthecheckpoint.bethbc.edu/
